With over 20 years of experience, I am a value-adding driver of design thinking, innovation, brand building, quality and execution.
Through my training at the Art Center College of Design in California and my subsequent professional experience working with both benchmarking companies and my own, I am today able to offer a strong and broad profile. Equally comfortable in the boardroom and on the factory floor, I believe that growth is a collaborative effort that is driven by cross disciplinary alignment and gaining stakeholder support, from top to bottom.
Inspiring, leading and empowering a team drives me on a daily basis. I believe that leveraging diversity and identifying great opportunities from disparate sources are conducive for exploration and collaboration around creative and meaningful solutions. I champion an analytical and agile approach, while keeping focus on the project and its objectives.
